Return & Repair Policy

Returns

CAMILLE K extends a 30-Day money back guarantee to customers who purchase from our online store so that you have plenty of time to make sure that you love your purchase as much as we know you will. All items that have not been worn or damaged may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. We do not credit postage for returns. We will issue a refund or send the replacement item(s) for exchange within 15 days of receiving the returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

 

Repairs

Please note that Camille K jewelry must be treated with care. Many of our pieces are fashioned from textiles that are over a century old and they require delicate treatment by the wearer. In the event that your Camille K jewelry becomes damaged due to manufacturing defect we will gladly repair the piece free of charge within 60 days of the original shipping date or we will issue you a credit equal to the item’s retail value for use towards a future order. We do not credit postage for repairs. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Camille K.

For items you’d like to have repaired after 60 days from the original shipping date, a repair charge of 15% of the retail plus the cost of shipping will be applied and no credits or refunds will be issued.

We hope to be able to repair your piece but please keep in mind that many of our materials are of limited quantity so repairs are not always possible. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. All defective or damaged products should be returned to us for examination and evaluation. Product must be returned postage paid and be cleaned before return. Products found defective will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.

 

To properly return an item to Camille K, please do the following:

1. Notify us of your intent to return your item by completing a return authorization form and emailing it to us at camille@camillek.com or mailing it to 2224 Old Middlefield Way Suite E, Mountain View, CA 94043. Once it has been received, you will be given a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of your package.

2. Pack up your item for return including the original jewelry box and all paperwork.

3. Write your Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the package. Your return package must display this number, or the package will be refused.


4. Insure the package for the full selling price (minus taxes and shipping charges). Please check with your selected mail carrier ahead of time to make sure that they will allow you to insure your shipment for the full value. We recommend that you ship your item via UPS or Fedex with tracking. Camille K is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages. We will not issue any refunds or credits for returns we do not receive.
